My mom always highlight to me, a person who never own a job (no income) with a great cash on hand is better than a person who own a job (fixed income) without any cash on hand or little cash on hand.

no one can work for whole life, with a great cashflow ( net profit income), we have the priority to go for investment, like FD, single premium, fund, property, land, business, equity, stock, share and so on......~
Equity is the portion of the company's asset that the shareholder own, as what we called share market.

Before we taking up part of the ownership in the company (shareholder), we should understand what exactly we're going to invest in equities. Invest in share of a company not just providing the financial support to the company, but also help to expend the business or turnover purposes.
In fact, invest in stock and share market are always consists of greater risk as the company perform to manage the risk on behalf of us. Therefore, we must understand the company background and the past few years performance volume in the market. The
quality performance and the previous report of the company are actually
leading the future path for the stock and share in the market.
To invest into share market, the potential of returns must be greater or at least equal to the bank interest rate. For me, I
would rather to choose consumer share market instead of plantation share
market. Even-though the market up or down, the consumption of consumers is still perform. There's a potential to grow in the share market now.
But is depends on what u're actually focus on, what u needed, and what u interesting on. All are my opinions and personal views only....
时间不等人~机会不重来~
不要对自己说还年轻，还有很多的时间，还有很多的机会，就算失败了也没关系，就当作给自己吸取多一点的经验，还能尝试别的。。。。
偶尔碰壁跌倒固然是好，但我们人生里没多少次的机会，不是每一次碰壁跌倒了后就能若无其事的站回起来。所以在要做每一件事情之前时，请三思再做打算。
在这社会里有很多的事情是不能避免的，就算我们不愿意，也是要接受现实，不是一直选择逃避。
一个人的看法可能是他对你有偏见，但当一部分的人都认同了这观点，就表示你应该要自我检讨。
别人的忠告只是想帮你，给予你多一些的意见和观点，不要一直盲目固执的想做什么就做什么，把别人的忠告拒绝予千里之外。
一直炫耀现在暂有的一切对你将来所能是事无济于事的。
一个人的成就，是不需要通过任何方式去告诉他人。打从心里每个人都会感觉到看得见当你真的有所成就。
为自己的将来铺好路是很重要，如果连自己都顾不了，那还能给他人将来吗？
人生会在挫折中不断学习成长，但我们应试着再三好好选择自己要走的路，以减少自己所面对的错则，增加成功的几率
如果真的无法选择，那我们就欣然接受，不是每个人都 能一切顺顺利利没有遇到错则。所以我们能做的，就是三思而后行，尽量减低错则的几率，拉近成功的距离。
Lynas 在我国将要建的稀土厂绝对是一笔巨款，在其他国家也越来越难通过批准了，
甚至可能连在澳大利亚自己的政府都不被通过，所以才转来马来西亚提炼。
其因是在提炼稀土的过程会散发辐射性尘埃及飞尘污染，会造成附近的居民有健康的危害。
如果这项工业的危害性很低，或发生辐射泄漏的机会很少的话，那么 Lynas 公司有必要山高水远地从澳洲把2万多吨的稀土运过来马来西亚进行提炼吗？
为何他们(Lynas)不选择在自己的国家建厂提炼呢？在自己的国家建厂提炼又能抽税、又能增加工作机会，又能省下一笔巨款，何必大老远来到马来西亚建厂提炼？
难道一定要在我们国家才能提炼？还是说难道在我国
如果真的是这样，这些好事根本就轮不到马来西亚！
只有马来西亚政府才会见钱$$$眼开，见到眼前的利益而忘了人民世代的安危。别人把废料丢在我们的国家，但我们的政府却把它当成是金，想必我们的政府已经收了不懂多少那方面的利益及交易了。
许多国家都不批准这项工业在自己的国家进行，只有我们的国家的政府这么热烈的欢迎 ，甚至全体马华都拱手支持这项活动！真所谓天下乌鸦一般黑！他们里可能甚至有一些人都搞不懂什么事Lynas，会带来有什么后果，就麻木的跟从。这就是我们政府所持有领导的能力，

Lynas 大老远来到我们国家建厂提炼，难道真的贪我们这里风水比较好？想必大家心里都有答案了。他们来到我们国土提炼后，再运回他们的国家，只有把排泄物，辐射泄漏，飞尘污染，全都留弃在我们这里。但我们的政府却把别人的大便，当成是黄金来看待，完全不顾及人民的危害。如果真的是零危害，那我们的jib gor，全体马华，和那些支持的人，一起搬迁到工厂里，那我们就相信那是无害的！！！

媳妇说：
「煮淡一点你就嫌没有味道，
现在煮咸一点你却说咽不下。你究竟想怎么样？」
母亲一见儿子回来，二话不说便把饭菜往嘴里..
她怒瞪他一眼..
儿子试了一口，马上吐出来，儿子说：
「我不是说过了吗，妈有病不能吃太咸！」
「那好！妈是你的，以后由你来煮！」
媳妇怒气冲冲地回房..
儿子无奈地轻叹一声，然后对母亲说：
「妈，别吃了，我去煮个面给你？」
「儿子，你是不是有话想跟妈说，是就说好了，别憋在心里..」
「妈，公司下个月升我职，我会很忙，至于老婆，
她说很想出来工作，所以..」
「 儿子，不要送妈去老人院.. 」声音似乎在哀求..
儿子沉默片刻，他是在寻找更好的理由..
「妈，其实老人院并没有什么不好？
知道老婆一但工作，一定没有时间好好服侍你。
老人院有吃有住有人服侍照顾， 不是比在家里好得多吗..？」
「 .. .. .. 」
洗了澡，草草吃了一碗方便面，儿子便到书房去。
他茫然地伫立于窗前，有些犹豫不决..
母亲年轻便守寡，含辛茹苦将他抚养成人，供他出国读书。
但她从不用年轻时的牺牲当作要胁儿子孝顺的筹码，
反而是妻子以婚姻要胁他！
真的要让母亲住老人院吗？他问自己，
他有些不忍..
「可以陪你下半世的人是你老婆，难道是你妈吗？」
阿财叔的儿子总是这样提醒他。
「你妈都这么老了，好命的话可以活多几年，
为何不趁这几年好好孝顺她呢？
树欲静而风不息，子欲养而亲不在啊！」
亲戚总是这样劝他。
儿子不敢再想下去，深怕自己真的会改变初衷。
太阳收敛起灼热的金光，躲在山后憩息。
一间建在郊外山岗的一座贵族老人院。
是的，钱用得越多，儿子才心安理得。
当儿子领着母亲步入大厅时，崭新的电视机，
42英寸的荧幕正播放着一部喜剧，
但观众一点笑声也没有..
几个衣着一样，发型一样的老头子，
歪歪斜斜地坐在发沙上，神情呆滞而落寞。
有个老人在自言自语，有个正缓缓弯下腰，
想去捡掉在地上的一块饼干吃。
儿子知道母亲喜欢光亮，
所以为她选了一间阳光充足的房间。
从窗口望出去，树荫下，一片芳草如茵。
几名护士推着坐在轮椅的老者在夕阳下散步，
四周悄然寂静得令人心酸..
纵是夕阳无限好，毕竟已到了黄昏，
他心中低低叹息。
「妈，我.. 我要走了！」
母亲只能点头..
他走时，母亲频频挥手，她张着没有牙的嘴，
苍白干燥的咀唇在嗫嚅着，一副欲语还休的样子。
儿子这才注意到母亲银灰色的头发，
深陷的眼窝以及打着细褶的皱脸。
母亲，真的老了..！
他霍然记起一则儿时旧事。
那年他才6岁，母亲有事回乡，不便携他同行，
于是把他寄住在阿财叔家几天。
母亲临走时，他惊恐地抱着母亲的腿不肯放，
伤心大声号哭道：
「妈妈不要丢下我！妈妈不要走！」
最后母亲没有丢下他。
他连忙离开房间，顺手把门关上，
不敢回头，深恐那记忆像鬼魅似地追缠而来。
他回到家，妻子正疯狂地把母亲房里的一切碍眼的东西 扔个不亦乐乎。

妻子没好气地说
「就是嘛！你赶快把你妈那张烂床给抬出去，
我明天要为要添张新的！」
一堆童年的照片展现在儿子眼前，
那是母亲带他到动物园和游乐园拍的照片。
「它们是我妈的财产，一样也不能丢！」
「你这算什态度？」
「我娶你就要爱你，那你嫁给我 就不能爱我的妈吗？
我妈搬到老人院是因为我们都工作没时间照顾她..」
说完他随后就驾车走了..
雨后的黑夜分外冷寂，街道萧瑟，行人车辆格外稀少。
一辆宝马在路上飞驰，频频闯红灯，
陷黄格，呼一声又飞驰而过。
那辆轿车一路奔往山岗上的那间老人院，
停车直奔上楼，推开母亲卧房的门。
他幽灵似地站着，
母亲正抚摸着风湿痛的双腿低泣。
她见到儿子手中正拿着那瓶风湿油，
显然感到安慰的说：
「妈忘了带，幸好你拿来！」他走到母亲身边，跪了下来..
「很晚了，妈自己擦可以了，你明天还要上班，回去吧！」
他嗫嚅片刻，终于忍不住啜泣道：
「妈，对不起，请原谅我！我们回家去吧！」
随着自己愈长大，看着父母亲脸庞从年轻变憔悴，
头发从乌丝变白发，动作从迅捷变缓慢，多心疼..
父母亲总是将最好、最宝贵的留给我们，
像蜡烛不停的燃烧自己，照亮孩子！而我呢？
有没有腾出一个空间给我的父母，
或者只是在当我们需要的时候，才会想起他们..
其实父母亲要的真的不多，只是一句随意的问候，
「爸、妈，你们今天好吗？吃饱了没有？」

有时，我常在想..
我希望我的子女以后如何对我？
现在我有没有如此对待我的父母？
现在你如何对待你的父母，
以后你的子女就如何待你..
看完这篇文章，我看了父母一眼..
一头白发.. 坐在电视前看戏..
我叫了父母，心里却很想对他们说：
「 爸.. 妈.. 我爱你们.. 谢谢.. 」
That was a great experience shared from mom yesterday nite.
and make me more clear and understand on what should i do, what i need to plan on now and my future.
my new long term goal, new future goal, and i'm now moving a step forward closer to my goal.
She used to be poverty level and experienced the difficulty when she was young.
i understand the difficulty and the feeling about insufficient fund when u're really needed.
money is not everything, but nowadays everything related to money.
It's not so important on how much u can earn from your job, because u can't work for whole life
the important is how u can use the money to grow big money, instead of use the time to earn money.
We have to plan for our retirement fund, the lifestyle after retired, and the future goal....
without the plan, the fund, $$$$, all become useless.
so, passive income become an important role in this situation or even in the future.
A good passive income is greater than how fast u can earn.
we're not machine, program, or even system
in fact, we're human being, we can't work for whole life on every single 24hour.
yes we can earn as much as possible when we still young when we still can work
but when come to the worst scenario... jobless, sick, or even health condition problems,
we can't work, no work = no income. how bout our families? our children? parent? retirement fund? medical bills? heritage to the next generation? and so so so on........
Therefore, passive income become more and more important compare with active income.
it can be last forever, or even to the next generation, compared with active income.
Never ever put all eggs into 1 basket.
we can't focus and put everything (hope) on a single target, we have to split and separate the "hope" into different ways and different target.
A good investor will not put all "hopes" into 1 direction. they have to be a good judge of potential, patience, and discipline.
Mom teach me a lot on investment, financial planning, the truth in life
and i really appreciated on what she has done to us, pave the right way for our future.
I still got a long way to go to reach my goal, and a lot of things and knowledge that i've to learn from mom.
and i hope that i can reach her level as soon as possible.
